Tracking Workflow Actions

Approval balance within OzyApprovals is a valuable tool to monitor and manage the number of actions on requests available for the current organization. This information is available for Collaborators and admins only.

Admins are always alerted when the balance is low so that they can proactively top up the balance to prevent service interuptions. Exhaustion of balances will prevent users from actioning on requests but data will continue streaming in without interruption.
